Kim Clijsters beat Hingis

Kim beat Hingis. 6-3, 2-6 and 6-4 I think the score was. Luckily I had a day off today and got up at 5, 6 and 7 because at 5 and 6, Kiefer and Grosjean were playing a marathonmatch. Kiefer wun btw.
Kim had some trouble with her form. She missed some backhands because her left leg didn't really feel good. I was so mad, Sciavone had said Kim wasn't injured at all! And that after all the nice thing Kim said about her...  ranting Unbelievable!
But I'm very happy Kim beat Hingis... Crookshanks Smile We're getting a Belgian final  [-o< I don't care about Henin, but Kim has to beat Mauresmo! Henin played very bad against Davenport, really substandard, both of them. It was the match of the losers!

Just four left now, Sharapova VS Henin-Hardenne and Clijsters VS Mauresmo.  I reckon it will be a belgian showdown in the final.

she had a good run. Nice to see she's still got it. Be nice to see her take another few slam titles second time round too. Although I'm rooting for Kim for this tournament. She deserves it.

According to the article from the times (either the sharapova one linked from the sharapova thread) or the one you can jump to straight from it (the ova rated ove paid one) Mauresmo is everyone's best friend on the tour and no one likes Hingis. Just an interesting point.

I heard it too, but it's just something personal, I don't like some players like Federer, even though he is loved and seems to be 'friendly' to other players... I just don't believe that and even if I did, I'd still don't like him!

Apparently she called Mauresmo a man and said that Sharapova wasn't that special. I suppose if she goes around talking about all the other players like that I could see why none of them like her. I still think she seems nice. And I get what you mean about federer.
