  Long ago lost interest in this topic, but to be honest that article proves nothing. Ruth Davidson is as butch as a bulldog but that didn't stop her becoming a mother last year!

It does to me.  Rafa makes it quite plain that he has a partner and that that partner is his long-term lady friend.

She was showing of and telling us gossip, that she thought would not be repeated, have always remember the conversation, and from what she said Nadal was definitely not gay, and told me  about affairs he had with women on the tour EB being one of them

This "Is Nadal gay" topic is so old and boring.
Just because he hasn't got any children doesn't mean he's gay.  He wants to continue his tennis career without having to worry about children.
He has a long term partner too.
I don't know how anyone could think Nadal is gay, really I don't.

Also the reasons I gave I thought were pretty fair.
What kind of traits other then being a stereotypical male athlete raised in that environment do you guys think makes him more straight then gay?

The guy looks more natural and happier around Titin and his other Spanish compatriots then he does her lol.
The more I think of the other tennis relations ships the less I buy into the one Nadal has.
And there are usually reasons for privacy

I'm going to watch him playing in the final at the AO tomorrow and see what I think then!  I really don't think I'll change my opinion that Rafa is straight.

However the subject, although old, is quite interesting I suppose.

I have always found it weird watching a Nadal Djokovic or Nadal federer match and when you see Jelena (Novak’s wife) looking worried when he faces break points or it’s a close match. Look at their Wimbledon match last year or 2012 Australian Open final lol.
I don’t feel for whatever reason Nadals gf shares that same emotional investment. You’d think being together that long there’s be some interest...

She almost certainly doesn't want a lot of hype surrounding her and the myriad speculations re she and Rafa.
I haven't particularly noticed Jelena (I do know who she is) at any of Novak's matches, this is because I don't follow Novak.
I have noticed Mirka (who is Fed's wife, you know)? and she attends most of his matches.  She's often seen studying her smartphone and texting people - I don't know what these texts are saying.  But Mirka does seem involved in RF's matches and is naturally concerned if and when he ever faces a break point.  & Fed sometimes takes his young daughters to his matches.  This is because he wants them to see him winning - all the time - or most of  it.
I imagine that Rafa and his gf will get together once he retires - when will that be?

  For the avoidance of doubt, you're right I don't like Ruth Davidson,  but her sexuality has nothing to do with it. I just think she's a shallow and duplicitous media-hyped politician.

I got her book "Yes She Can" but it wasn't very good and I only read half of it.
I like Ruth Davidson and her sexuality has nothing to do with why I like her.
I'm looking forward to her coming back to politics, soon.

Haha I came searching for this topic as I suspected a long time ago but this latest outfit has bought it back! I suspect maybe Nadal is not allowed to come out, hence the long drawn out courtship and quiet wedding! By now Fed and djock was married with children- I can imagine Nadal will retire soon if the speculation starts getting louder. I’d agree AM is more sensitive than suspect gay!
