US Open, 2010 - Other Players

Djokovic channelling Youzhny with a bit of racquet-to-head action. Except he's a huge pussy, so doesn't put the racquet edge on.

Sorry but I do. He's fighting to win same as Youzney. OK hemay not succeed but there's credit in the effort - so there!

No, I meant that Djokovic hasn't had to do an awful lot in the last two sets. Frauderer has just been abysmal.

OK see what you mean - Yes, he's not playing his best game certainly and Novak seems to be trying to make the most of his chances.

But think this is the first "quality" opponent Federer has had to play isn't it?  I've forgotten his draw.  So that makes a difference.

Federer decides to make an appearance and Djokovic runs away.

He certainly did lose it mentally ... but the fat lady hasn't sung yet.

Sorry Aileen - I forget - won't speak of it again,promise!
You're forgiven, Jan. Smile    Maybe next year ... but certainly the year after because then I'll have no choice when the Edinburgh area finally goes digital.

Fed certainly got his act together.  Can't see this going beyond 4.

Another great pass from the Joker gives him the break.

Abysmal, Federer. Abysmal.
Agreed. If he does win and plays like this against Nadal, the outcome could be a foregone conclusion perhaps. Rafa is certainly playing on form I thought from this evenings match.

I can't remember the last time I saw Federer playing so badly. Horrendous tennis.

I can see why it would be different against Nadal, but first he needs to get out of this match.

What a strange scoreline.  So, who do we have our money on now?
