Whats their H2H record on hardcourts though?? Novak Djokovic is the worst possible opponent nadal can face in the world on a hardcourt.

i believe their hardcourt record is 7-3 Djokovic. With Novak winning the last three matches, so atp website says anyway.........Djokovic will win the u.s open, and how bitter it will be for Murray. Il be routing for Nadal.

The weather decides the winner, Djokovic really should win if he gets a days rest.

Just got done watching it. **** me, what a match. Can't believe Djokovic toughed that out. He played brilliantly.
I just hope Nadal does it tomorrow. MTF will be unbearable if Nole has two slams and Murray has none.

Im really impressed with Djokovic he was first class. If he wins tommorow, he wins, I'll be happy for him and he'll deserve it. Yes Murray will look worse and this used to bother me alot, but its becoming clear they are 2 players who will have quite different careers, Murray will remain slamless if his mentality dosent change despite the fact he is actually imo a better player than Nole.

I was impressed with Djokovic too. I still prefer Nadal, though. Putting Murray aside, I still want Rafa to win.

I don't think you'll be too dissappointed, I'd be suprised if Rafa dosen't win. Nole will be spent. Rafa is a great guy so I dont mind him winning at all.
He hasn't been tested by a decent hardcourter yet (completely Andy's fault
) so might not be plain sailing.

Forecast for Sunday is frequent rain showers, so we could either be looking at a weather-interrupted final, or Djoko might just get lucky and have that rest. Whichever way it goes, I'm backing Djoko. If he plays tomorrow the rain breaks should help him.

Surprise, surprise! I'm not interested in watching a no-contest final.

That final pretty much summed up why I don't follow the WTA tour.
